GTWorld mobile banking app was released by GTBank on May 31st, 2017 and it’s no surprise that the mobile banking app is set to compete with Access Bank mobile banking app which is said to be the best mobile banking platform in Nigeria with it’s user friendly layout and easy to use features like transfer of money, checking balance etc. GTWorld was introduced with a host of features, some are useful while others are not as useful and would probably never be used.

GTWorld Mobile Banking App Review
I installed GTWorld mobile banking app on my Android smartphone and it’s better than the old app, this is more simpler and lighter version but there are still some complications. An element it lacks is a direct approach for end users to know where to go & what to do immediately they open the app. There are two much distractions.
Right now, open the GTWorld app for the first time, the splash screen takes longer than usual and you just keep seeing the logo for some odd long seconds. When the app loads up, you get a lot of options which gives you lots of ideas which in my opinion can be very distracting and complex to some people.
The sign up and login page is fairly easy and you can easily register for GTbank mobile banking with your phone number and card which means you don’t have to go to any branch to fill a slip and queue up for hours before you can register for mobile banking.
Mobile money transfer is also easy to use with simple and friendly user interface, to transfer money you need to use a token or PIN code.
